The GymBodyz Halloween Gala returns to Milton Keynes on Sunday 1st November — a full day of amateur physique competition with a Halloween twist.
Competitors from across the UK take to the stage in categories spanning Bikini, Wellness, Figure, Men’s Physique, Classic and Open Bodybuilding, alongside our Transformation and Themewear categories, where the costumes are every bit as serious as the conditioning.
GymBodyz is a UK amateur federation built for everyday people. Our athletes are mothers, shift workers, teachers and tradespeople who have spent months preparing for a few minutes under the lights. Expect genuine emotion, a crowd that cheers for every single competitor, and a standard that surprises first-time spectators.
Whether you’re supporting someone on stage or simply curious about the sport, this is an afternoon of serious athleticism wrapped in a proper Halloween celebration. Costumes welcome.
