Please advise our box office staff when booking your tickets if you have questions or concerns about access.
The Venue is highly accessible to customers with limited mobility. Our Entrance and foyer is all at ground level and there is a lift available giving access to seats at the bottom of our auditorium and to the stage level.
We can accommodate up to 6 people in wheelchairs per performance, subject to availability. (Unfortunately, due to spacing for our exits, mobility scooters cannot access our auditorium). Four of our wheelchair spaces are located at the rear of The Auditorium, which is at the same level as our entrance and foyer. The other 2 are located at the bottom of the auditorium, and can be accessed via a lift from our entrance and foyer.
Our Front of House Team are available at most events to assist and are always happy to bring refreshments to you in the auditorium during the interval.
Our seats are very stable and comfortable, but if you’d like to bring any cushions or back supports, you’re more than welcome.
We also have booster seats for younger children, please ask one of our Front of House team on arrival if you have any questions regarding these.
Our box office staff will be happy to help with any enquiries regarding your ticketing and access requirements.
Please call the box office on 01908 528808 or email your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of the team will be reply as soon as possible.
Online booking for wheelchair and carer seats is not currently available, we’re working on it. To book wheelchair access seats please call us on 01908 528808.
The Venue has free car-parking located in the area around Venue.
The closest disabled spaces are located in front of Walton High, with a direct path to the The Venue entrance alongside.
Our Accessible toilet is located on in the foyer alongside our other toilets.
We also have an accessible toilet located at stage level for those seated at the bottom of the auditorium. Please ask our Front of House Team for help accessing these if required.
Assistance dogs are more than welcome.
Please advise us when you book so that we can allocate appropriate seats and inform you of any special effects that might affect your dog's comfort.
If you have any additional questions about the dimensions and/or sizing of our auditorium seating, please email our box office at email@example.com
