Darren Harriott

Darren first performed for The Comedy Cow on the openinig night of the 2017 Milton Keynes Comedy Cow festival and wowed the crowd with his style of comedy.

He first appeared on TV screens in 2016 on Stand Up Central for the channel Comedy Central. Following his success on the show, he made an appearance on the BBC’s Live at the Apollo in 2017. He followed that up by winning Edinburgh Fringe’s Best Newcomer Award. Returning to Fringe in 2019, Darren won the Best Show Award. Darren has toured the UK with his comedy shows and appeared in many comedy clubs all across the country.

Darren Harriott is one of the most exciting comedians on the circuit. Over the last couple of years, he has appeared on Live at the Apollo, Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central, BBC Radio 4’s Best of the Fest, The Now Show and 5Live’s Fighting Talk. He also features in a series for Comedy Central Online, and has his own BBC Three short coming soon.

 Steve N Allen

Steve’s stand-up has taken a path through being a BBC New Comedy semi-finalist, Laughing Horse New Act finalist and Amused Moose Hot Starlet, on to performing at The Comedy Store, The Glee Club, Leicester Square theatre and The Comedy Cafe.

Steve has performed different versions of his topical comedy one-man show, The SomeNews Live Show, at several comedy festivals including Edinburgh, Manchester, Leicester, Brighton and Nottingham.

Jules O’Brian

Jules O’Brian is a former English teacher turned stand-up comic who began performing in her late 40s, and quickly charmed audiences with her relaxed, warm, and chatty style. Known for her playful crowd‑interaction, she explores themes of ageing, body hang‑ups, parenting, dating, and the “helpful” advice women receive, as seen in her one‑woman show Avoid Excessive Cleavage. She was shortlisted for Funny Women 2021 and nominated for Birmingham Comedy Festival’s Breaking Talent in 2022.
