Masks are no longer mandatory within The Venue.
However we ask that, where possible, masks are worn within The Venue to help protect our staff and fellow audience members.
A few things to be aware of:
When you arrive at The Venue, you’ll arrive at our normal front doors.
We’ll be checking everybody’s temperature as they arrive at The Venue using our new temperature detecting cameras. Unfortunately for the safety of all in attendance, if your temperature registers at more than 37.8C we won’t be able to grant you access to The Venue and you’ll be asked to leave. We will of course refund your ticket within the following week.
We’ll be checking tickets as you enter the auditorium.
We know that there have been some issues printing or downloading tickets, so we’re happy to accept either your printed ticket, your ticket shown on a phone screen, or even your confirmation email as proof of entry.
As long as you have your seat numbers and the show name and time visible.
If using your phone, we recommend taking a screen shot of your tickets/email to speed up the process once you arrive.
Our comfortable auditorium will be fully ventilated, with our system extracting air fully, and all incoming air passed through new COVID-19 rated filters.
The Bar Will be Open!
Our bar will be open and ready for you, please be aware that we are only accepting card or contactless payments
Please take your seats as early as possible
This will help us keep our busiest areas as clear and distanced as possible.
